Our amazing Human Being, Much more than a Physical Body: A Different Perspective on Our Human Anatomy

How our body, mind, soul is a perfect unit that connects us with any kind of energy available proving that we come from the same source and we are all made of the same matter of the universe.

I invite you to explore this article and view yourself from a different perspective. We are an amazing being, made perfect and designed to connect to all.

The study and understanding of the body has always been a fascination to humankind, trying to defy diseases and death, on a very dense, physical sense, but also to discover the more subtle part of the soul, and its interaction with the body. We have always known that we are more than physical beings, though most of modern medicine continues to treat the body like a machine, when in fact it is a whole universe in itself, from the highest vibrational energy to the very dense, palpable body with which we move around everyday. Health is not the mere absence of disease; it is a state of absolute well-being, a blend of physical, mental, emotional and energetic harmony.

We are energy first, and then matter. This is the basis for understanding the functioning of the body through physiology. All matter is organized through what is called the subtle organized energy field (SOEF), it is the energetic matrix which gives form to all matter.  If we think of the human body and its physiology, we realize how important this concept is, as, when the SOEFs are well organized, they allow for easy functioning of all cellular activity.  When they are not, they bring on less than optimal functioning, which in turn forces the body towards chronic illness and premature aging, The more energy there is in a system, the more organized the SOEFs. This is where we can influence health through these SOEFs, by bringing high-energy food and high-energy structured water (with high SOEFs) in the system, so that the high-energy nutrients can be used to construct the new cells and replenish the body’s energy.

The flow of energy that gives life to the body is pure cosmic energy. It is known as Chi, Prana, Life source or Divine Energy. This energy also has an anatomy, which is described through the Chakras.  All the Chakras reside at different places inside the body, and each has its own vibration, color and emotion. The balance between them will determine how the potential energy flows through the body, which in turn influences the wellbeing of the person.  The Chakras are always active, so the energy is always flowing, but they can be over or underactive. This is where personal energy work, through meditation, prayer yoga, and spiritual nutrition is important. These practices smooth and regulate the flow of the divine energy through the body and the energy entrains all functions (physical, mental, emotional, energetic), which then allows for perfect health.
This entrainment of the whole being, or lack thereof, can be measured through scientific evidence, through modern medical tests, such as blood work, blood pressure, brain activity, imagery, etc. A disruption in the organization of the cosmic energy in the body will show as disease, distress, pain or any imbalance that will impair the natural thriving of the body.
When eating high-energy food, rich in electrons, it will raise the voltage of the body.
The voltage in the tissues is the vital for healthy cellular function.  The more voltage, the more electrons available, the higher the pH. Nutritionally, electrons are made accessible to the body through mineral rich foods, such as organic raw plant foods. For a body to thrive and avoid diseases, it needs an abundant source of those ions, as they bring oxygen deep in the tissues, they allow for functioning of enzymes which do all the transformation work in the body, and prevent adverse microorganisms to multiply and invade.  Bacteria, viruses, fungi, cancer cells and other enemies of the body cannot survive in an oxygen rich environment.  Another important factor for healthy cellular function is hydration. Water is the vector with which everything secreted by the cells is transported throughout the body.  Any shortage of water means that some part of the body will not be able to carry out its natural function, which will lead to imbalance in the short term, disease in the long term, if dehydration persists. The electrical charge of the body will also be influenced negatively by lack of water.  High water content is critical for optimal electrical current, and all cellular activities needing exchange of ions to perform their functions.

So, as we understand the body to be pure energy, and physical matter at the same time and space, we must create a spiritual discipline that involves both aspects in one practice. This is where the 6 foundations created by Dr Gabriel Cousens come into light. They are:

1.   Nutrition
2.   Building Prana
3.   Service
4.   Spiritual Guidance and Inspiration
5.   Silence
6.   Kundalini Awakening

These 6 foundations are meant to bring us to the realization of the “I AM THAT”, the Grace of God or Kundalini. This is where we can feel and understand beyond words the non-dualistic nature of our awareness of the Truth of God. Each of these practices is meant to elevate the spiritual nature to where we can be liberated from the cause of our emotions.  The result is non-causal peace, love, contentment, ecstasy and communion with God. Each foundation is a step, not an accomplishment. The discipline needed to practice the 6 foundations on a day to day basis has to be effortless and goal-less. It needs to become a natural way of being and acting, without a path to follow, as the path forms spontaneously when the evolution towards God Consciousness forms itself.

Spiritual nutrition, regarding anatomy and physiology, is the deep personal connection from the world to the body. The food enjoyed and well chewed will transform itself into the new cells of the body, it will transmit its energy to the more subtle bodies, and the communion between the person and the environment will awaken the oneness consciousness. Eating is the most intimate act between the physical body and its environment. Done as a spiritual practice, it will bring more than just calories, it will awaken the spirit, the connection to God, allow the divine flow of light to permeate the body, physically and energetically. Everyone is responsible for his or her connection to the divine and I believe that eating energy-rich food is a great way to unite with the power that created us.  As stated previously, all 6 foundations are important to awaken spiritually, so it is important to practice all of them to benefit most from the effects of the communion with high-energy food.
