BEAUTY? The Real Price to Pay for Beauty

BEAUTY? The Real Price to Pay for Beauty
Most people are not aware of the many toxic elements that lurk in the air we breathe, the food we eat, the water we drink, the beauty and cleaning products we use and so much more. We are constantly being exposed to environmental hazards. The skin is our biggest organ and it absorbs chemicals and pollutants from the environment. From hair dyes to bug spray, deodorant to plastics, our body or terrain is always being threatened by the external pollutants millions of people use each day, and are completely unaware of the serious consequences. It’s quite interesting, but we must consider that the body is a unique environment with its own sensitive ecosystem. The goal is to reduce your personal usage of toxic petrochemicals and hormone disrupting toxic substances. Be aware that such pollutants are constantly active and found in municipal water, commercial cosmetics, lotions, deodorants, hair, skin, nail and facial products, plastics, perfumes, in conventional and packaged foods. There is so much toxicity running rampant out there that there’s no way to list it all. You must be your own health advocate and learn to avoid as much toxicity as possible by knowing what you put in, on and around your body. Therefore, the less we bring into our terrain, the less we give out into the universe and the healthier our entire micro and macro cosmos become.

Tips: “If it’s damaging to the environment, it’s definitely damaging to my body.”
